How coaching works
Coaching provides a safe structure for exploring your
choices. It accelerates learning, performance, and progress
in your personal and professional life. As your coach,
my job is to ask powerful questions to help you find
the answers that are within you.
Coaching takes place weekly over an agreed period of
time (minimum of 3 months.) Between each coaching session,
expect to spend some time reflecting, completing mutually
agreed upon assignments, and preparing for your next
session.
Our first meeting can be in person or by phone. Subsequent
coaching sessions take place by phone only. This means
that it doesn’t matter where you live or whether
you travel.
The coaching fee is based on a fixed rate, and is paid
monthly in advance.
Sliding scale is available.
Coaching vs. therapy
Coaching and therapy can complement each other, however,
coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on developing
strategic actions that help you move forward. Coaching
does not attempt to explain behaviors, explore your
past, or identify mental health pathologies.
